Mindful Orchestra LLC wants you to feel clear and comfortable about payments. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.

Coaching sessions:

• Cancel/reschedule: If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, you won’t be charged (or you can move your session to a new time).

• Late cancellations/no-shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t attend, the session is not refundable.

• If we cancel: If we need to cancel, you can choose a full refund or reschedule.

 

Packages or prepaid sessions (if offered):

• Unused sessions: Unused prepaid sessions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus any sessions already used.

• After 14 days: Refunds aren’t available, but you can still use any remaining sessions within [1] month.

How to request a refund:

 

Email ymhcadvocacy@gmail.com with your name, the date of purchase, and what you’re requesting. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
